So, there we are at Chili's after Samarah's track meet. She wants chicken wings and orders them. She tells the waitress that she wants the kind with the bone in it so that she can feel like Prince Phillip from Sleeping Beauty when she eats it. The waitress didn't make a comment, just looked at Samarah in a weird way. Maybe she secretly has "chicken legs" herself and was insulted.
Today Samarah qualified for state in all four of her events. We are very proud of her.
